Time to (Re)-Register Your Support for SURVIVORS at Ralphs!

SURVIVORS is registered with Ralphs’ Community Contribution Program. If you shop at Ralphs and you register as a supporter of SURVIVORS, Ralphs will contribute to the organization every time you make a purchase. It’s an easy way to help heal torture survivors and it doesn’t cost you a thing!

If you’re already registered with Ralphs as a SURVIVORS supporter; though, heads up! Ralphs’ new program year began on September 1, 2016. You will need to re-register your support for SURVIVORS. Otherwise, Ralphs will no longer contribute to SURVIVORS every time you shop there.

Fortunately, it’s not hard to register for the first time or to re-register (and think of the cause!). Here are the instructions. If you have any trouble or need assistance please contact Niki Kalmus, community relations manager, at 619-278-2421 or [email protected].

Ralphs and Food4Less have similar Community Contribution Programs. Contact SURVIVORS for more information about signing up to support us while shopping at Food4Less.

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE

  1. Log in to www.ralphs.com.
  2. Click on ‘No Account? Register’ (top right hand corner)
  3. Follow the easy steps to create an online account
  4. You will be instructed to go to your email inbox to confirm your account
  5. After you confirm your online account by clicking on the link in your email, return to www.ralphs.com and click your name (you may have to sign in first).
  6. View all your information and edit as necessary
  7. Link your card to your organization by clicking on:
  8. Community Rewards – Enroll
  9. Type “Survivors of Torture, International”
  10. Remember to click on the circle to the left of SURVIVORS’ name
  11. Click on ENROLL to finish your enrollment process

 

IF YOU ARE ALREADY AN ONLINE CUSTOMER

  1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. Click on your name (In the top right hand corner under ‘Welcome Back’)
  5. View all your information and edit as necessary
  6. Link your card to your organization by clicking on:
  7. Community Rewards – Re-enroll
  8. Type your “Survivors of Torture, International”
  9. Remember to click on the circle to the left of SURVIVORS’ name
  10. Click on ENROLL to finish your enrollment process
