Acupuncture (Walk-In)

SURVIVORS has partnered with the Pacific College of Health and Science to offer acupuncture. Acupuncture, a holistic medicine originating about 3,500 years ago in China, uses small needles to free and aid one’s qi, often translated as energy or life force. This method of healing treats not only disease but the person, combining the physical with the emotional, spiritual, and internal being. It strives to heal from the perspective that the mind is richly integrated with the body and that both must be attended to. Rather than a quick fix, acupuncture should be seen as a lifestyle change, like healthy eating or regular exercise: the best results can be achieved when it is practiced regularly. Clients can walk-in for acupuncture appointments on Mondays between 9:30AM and 12PM. Check in with the front office in Suite 201 and ask for “acupuncture”. For more information, contact Nasreen at (619) 643-0394.
