In 2023, SURVIVORS Board of Directors completed a Strategic Planning process which identified the following 3-year Strategic Priorities.
Expand and increase access to healing services for survivors of torture within the fabric of a welcoming community.
Invest in skilled professionals and leadership to successfully sustain growth.
Increase visibility and understanding of SURVIVORS’ mission and services through communication strategies.
Strengthen financial sustainability.
Elevate SURVIVORS’ leadership role in torture treatment research, policy, and education.
